Christopher Hale, President/CEO

Mr. Hale brings over 14 years of industry experience to Tricen. His experience in the industry includes business development, marketing, training and inspection development. In addition to earning a degree in Business Management, Mr. Hale holds several technical certifications including Level III (ET, UT, MT, PT, VT), Microsoft Certified Trainer and Project Management Professional (PMP).
Thomas Stokke, Director of Operations

Mr. Stokke has acquired 25 years of experience in the NDT industry. He holds a degree in Nondestructive Testing from Hutchinson Technical Institute. His experience has served the nuclear power generation, petro-chemical, and aircraft industry for over two decades. Mr. Stokke currently maintains several qualifications including ET Level III, QDA, CENE Data Analysis, and more.
Vince Lynn, Director of Technology Development

Mr. Lynn combines 25 years of experience in NDT technology, software development and marketing with Westinghouse, VeraCruz, CoreStar and Lucent Technologies. He earned a B.S. degree in Physics from Carnegie-Mellon University and is completing his MBA from DeSales University. Mr. Lynn currently holds an ET Level III certification with additional qualifications in data analysis and instruction.
Nicholas Diiorio, Director of Quality Assurance

Mr. Diiorio has served the NDT industry for 9 years. Mr Diiorio holds certifications and qualifications in all major methods of nondestructive testing with additional training in QA management that includes NQA-1 Lead Auditor.
Cyndi Hale, Vice President of Finance and Administration

Mrs. Hale has 12 years of combined experience in marketing, management, and customer service. Mrs. Hale holds a degree in Culinary Arts and has received additional training in several key fundamentals of business management.
