Tricen provides a wide range of ultrasonic testing services. These services were designed and are implemented to meet the strictest industry codes. Our UT technicians undergo years of training and experience before becoming an independent technician. Even throughout his/her career the training continues as they add additional training and endorsements to their certifications.
Tricen’s current service capabilities and experience include:
- Flow Accelerated Corrosion (FAC) inspection programs
- In-Service Inspections (ISI) in accordance with ASME Section XI
- Corrosion assessment and monitoring through thickness scanning
- Flaw detection/sizing with various techniques such as Phased Array, Shearwave and Straight-Beam.
- ASME Section XI Appendix VII and VIII examinations (including EPRI PDI)
- ASME Section III examinations
- AWS examinations
- Examinations of piping, welds, structural steel, composites, plating, etc.
Through the use of advanced instrumentation and data reporting software our technicians are able to provide accurate and detailed results quickly.
